All Items ordered from The Blacksmoke Organisation are despatched using the
services of the Royal Mail.
Items ordered for delivery to a UK address
will be sent via Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery (depending
upon the total order value). For overseas orders, items will be sent via International
Signed For service. All items shipped will require signature upon delivery.
RETURNS
Should you need to return an item to The Blacksmoke Organisation please contact
us at shop@blacksmoke.org for return
authorisation and the relevant mailing address. Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the invoice with
your return, and wrap the package securely. (ideally using the shopping
materials used for original delivery). IMPORTANT: Please
return items via Recorded Delivery service only.
The maximum postage refunded for any recorded item refunded will be £2. Please note that our
returns policy is only valid for 28 days from receipt of goods.
REFUNDS
You
may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full
refund. We will refund your credit/debit card once we have received and
processed the item (please allow up to 14 days). Please note that we
can only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.
EXCHANGES
Unfortunately we cannot exchange any item unless it is either faulty
or an incorrect item has been despatched in error.
